Vintage Fashion 1962 Enid Collins Texicana 2 Wooden Handbag, *Read

This is a vintage Enid Collins Texicana 2 wooden handbag from 1962. It is hand decorated by Enid Collins and has "the Original Box Bag" by Collins of Texas label with copyright 1962 inside. This is a rare and collectible item, but it has some flaws and missing parts. It does not have a mirror, the sun and the bull are missing one eye each, and all the faux gold coins are gone. These parts may be replaced by someone who has the skills and resources to do so. I have found some replacement parts online that may fit. I have also done some restoration work on the bag, such as removing some white paint or heat damage from the bottom of the box with Restore-a-finish and wood wax, and cleaning and conditioning the leather. The inside still has some marks that may be from the heat damage. I am selling this bag as is, with no returns or refunds. This is a unique and original piece that deserves a good home.
