Please note the bottom middle stud is missing but the 4 corner ones are fine.  Also there was a rubber padding piece attached to the leather strap that got completely stiff and cracked over time to where I just removed it and it works fine without it.  Also there is one lock and key attached and it came with a combination lock that I have included but I don't know the combination.
