Up for sale is an Iroquois beaded purse in the form of a canoe. One side says Fast and the other side says Boat. Nice colors. I bought this from a Virginia dealer at a New Hampshire Antiques Week show this past summer.
I think it dates to around 1910/20. I'm not sure of its ownership history prior to me buying it.
It is 4 inches long. It is about 1 and half inches wide. So it is small.
Condition: Nice condition. Some staining and wear but nothing really distracting. Doesn't look like its missing any beads. See photos and video.
