This is new and very hard to find. It goes on like the snap bracelet. I had mine on the rear view mirror towards the top. My nephew had it around his wrist. It’s so cute!!

If the item isn’t breakable and comes in a box, I may wrap it with bubble wrap and then waterproof wrapping that is used for moving. I’ve sent many packages this way and have not had a problem.
