Approximately 14 inches wide and 10 inches deep.  4 pockets on outside.  Back pocket can unzip and fit over luggage handle when traveling.  Inside has card pocket, pen, and 2 other pockets.  Strap approximately 38 inches when at its longest. Can be adjusted shorter.  No rips or tears or stains.  Slight black wear on sides at bottom.
